Exchange Policy for Jonaya

Thank you for shopping at Jonaya. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our policy below:

Returns:
We do not accept returns for any reason, including not limited to size, color, or design preferences.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are only allowed in the case of size issues. We do not offer exchanges for different dresses, colors, or designs.

Exchange Procedure:
If you encounter a size issue with your purchase and wish to exchange it, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service on WhatsApp 7424949593 of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue.

• Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.

• Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense. 

• Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.

• The customer will be responsible for the forward shipping charges which is ₹250/-

Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.
