1. Returns:

   • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
   • We donot accept returns for International Orders.
   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide details of the defect or damage.

2. Exchanges:

   • We accept exchanges in case of any size issue within 7 days of delivery.
   • Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue.
   • Going forward, the return courier charge for any exchange will be borne by the customer.

3. Exchange Procedure:

   • Contact our customer service team to request an exchange due to a size issue within 7 days of delivery.
   • Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.
   • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
   • Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.

4. Inspection and Approval:

   • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
   • If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items:

   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
