Return and Exchange Policy for Jonaya:

Thank you for shopping at Jonaya. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. • We do not accept returns for any reason, including not limited to size, color, or design preferences.
     
     
   • We do not accept returns for International Orders. 
     

2. Exchanges:

   • We accept exchanges in case of any size issue within 7 days of delivery. 
   • Please get in touch with our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange due to a size issue only on +91 7424949593 on whatapp. 
     
     
   • Reverse shipping charges will be borne by customer which is ₹250 /-
   • Also customer have to check the product back on their own expense.  
     
     

3. Exchange Procedure:

   • Contact our customer service team to request an exchange due to a size issue within 7 days of delivery.
   • Our team will provide you with the return address for the exchange parcel.
   • Pack the item securely and ship it back to us at your expense.
   • Include a note with your name, order number, and the size you require in exchange.

4. Inspection and Approval:

   • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
   • If approved, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement size to you.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items:

   • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for exchange.
