   • All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

2. Delivery Responsibility:

   • While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or by the courier companies themselves.
   • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, it is their responsibility to coordinate with the courier company for re-delivery or pickup as per the courier's policies.

3. Shipping Time:

   • Our standard shipping time is 4-5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
   • For International orders the shipping time is 10-12 business days from the date of order confirmation.
   • Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
   • Under normal circumstances the packages are delivered in 7-8 days.

4. Tracking Information:

   • After dispatching from our side, we provide the tracking ID on your mail ID.

5. Shipping Charges:

   • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location.
